28-Day Returns

We offer a 28-day returns policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 28 days of delivery.

• Be unused and in their original condition.

• Be returned with any original packaging where possible.

• Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Before returning an item, please contact us at sales@lunariagrovecrystalsandmineral.co.uk so we can provide return instructions.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order has arrived damaged, is faulty, or you have received an incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing sales@lunariagrovecrystalsandmineral.co.uk.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs showing the damage, fault or incorrect item.

Once we have reviewed the information, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method as soon as reasonably possible. Please allow your bank or card provider several working days to complete the transaction.

Original delivery charges will only be refunded where required by UK law or where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty:

• Gift cards.

• Personalised or custom-made products.

• Items damaged after delivery through misuse, neglect or accidental damage.

As crystals and minerals are natural products, each piece is unique. Variations in colour, size, shape, texture, inclusions and natural markings are normal characteristics and are not considered faults.
